4. Subscription and automatic renewal


The Diane app offers auto-renewable subscriptions available for purchase through the App Store, Play Store, and Stripe.

Payment is debited from the user's account at the time of purchase confirmation.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly, quarterly or annually depending on the chosen formula) unless the user cancels it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Renewal is charged to the account within 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

The user can manage or cancel their subscription at any time from their App Store or Play Store account settings after purchase.

We implement advanced security measures (encryption, secure storage) to protect your information from unauthorized access.
